Building a High Performing Team
As a follow up to our Team Buidling program, or as a stand alone program our Building a High performance team program is designed to upskill managers on the art and science of building a high performing team.
The program is delivered over a 2 day period with individual coaching to embedd the learning and develop the team roll out process.
1 Bronze stage
A facilitated session with the main focus of the session being the building blocks required to produce a high performing team. The themes of the session will focus on behavioural accountability, performance accountability, and the roles of each manager. More specifically how the teams will engage with one another and how to support the overall achievement of the departments / companies vision.
2 Silver stage
The second phase explores a capability / complexity matrix designed to highlight how well the teams are matched to the vision and ensuring the right people are in the right positions to achieve the overall goal. This phase will explore both the team matrix and the individual team members matrix. Secondly we will explore a strategic methodology on overcoming various hurdles which would have been identified over the first 2 stages.
3 Gold stage
The final stage provides support for the individuals in embedding the learning’s back into their respective departments. Where required each participant will receive one on one coaching support them in designing and developing their own team. In most cases the indiividual manager will then be comfortable and competent to deliver the program to their respective teams.
