The Business Olympian endeavours to maximise positive outcomes at the classroom and individual levels. Emphasis is placed on addressing the subtle but powerful influences of human behaviour.
Our school based program are designed to challenge the students in a way which fosters a determination to succeed. All our processes use scientific methodologies that are logical, thorough and measurable. We are unique from other consultancies, in that we run our session utilising our well researched elite performance experiential model. In addition, we use various presenters (including current and ex-Olympians / professional athletes) to achieve an effective and innovative presentation. The program is pitched at yr7 to yr 10 in preperation for senior school.
The programs effectively address two major areas:
- Striving for gold: which emphasises the need to develop goals and how to strive to achieve your gold medal.
- Performing under pressure "Shut the duck up": A skill all school children require heading into the intense years of Yr11 and 12 and beyond. The program challenges the negative thougths we have and provides strategies to cope with any situation..
