The Business Olympian offers one off and ongoing coaching programs to suit your needs. Our experienced staff are all degree qualified with years of industry experience.

Our methodology of coaching follows an Elite Performance Model© which ultimately follows a proactive solution focused approach to the coaching environment. It is anchored by effective objective setting, secured with a matching of Accountability & Authority and fuelled by ensuring insight and motivation to succeed. Our modality of work is driven by a recognition of Bi-directional expertise. That is the individual is as much part of the process as coach.

Individuals are encouraged to have formal face to face sessions as well phone hook ups, however are not limited to this avenue of support. All individuals will have access to SDC (short duration consultations) during the period of their coaching engagement. The SDC is usually limited to a 5 minute catch up when a spur of the moment need is identified.
