Elite Team Building

Recognising the difficulty at times to convert strategy to reality the Business Olympian has designed a unique program which challenges executives to look for the enablers of change and the blockers of development.

This program forms the Elite Performing Teams component of our Buidling a high performing team program. By utilising our team work model the group will through our unique experiential program challenge themselves to effectively transfer a strategy from a training environment to a competitive one, additionally we will explore the concept of accountability and how it is effectively developed within a team environment. This program is completed using a basketball analogy and while little fitness is required, we will be using a basketball stadium and the court as our medium.

During the session the participants will be required to work as a team, understand and train a strategy and in the finale, show how well they can transfer the process into reality. A full debrief is then conducted exploring the enablers and blockers of the process.

The 1/2 day session is designed to push you to your limits and develop skills you may have never realised you had. You will learn individual skills as well as team plays. While initially you will have the luxury of no opposition-  this soon ends with a game designed to bring out your ability to perform under pressure and work as a team. Challenge yourself!

Note: There is a non-sporting option and we can customise the program to fit the culture of your group.

Participants will:

  • Gain an appreciation and understanding of the model components and structure and its potential value as an framework for effective team building
  • Understand the concept of accountability, both as team leader and the skills to develop accountability within the team – utilising our team work model
  • Most important to have fun!

This program is designed as a half day introduction into buidling a high performing team. Click here to find more information about our Buidling High Performing Teams program which expands on this program and further develops the individual in developing their own team.
